Stainless Steel 430Ti is titanium-strength ferritic stainless steel. Its composition contains iron, chromium (16-18%) and trace amounts of titanium (0.6%) to increase intergranular corrosion resistance This alloy offers excellent oxidation resistance and is attractive at high temperatures. Mechanical properties include a yield strength of 240 MPa and a tensile strength of 450-600 MPa, resulting in excellent durability. It also has moderate hardness and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it suitable for use in automotive, kitchen appliances and construction.
