Stainless Steel 316H Bars are composed of 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and 0.04–0.10% carbon. The increased carbon content enhances high-temperature strength and hardness while ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. These bars have a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. SS 316H maintains its toughness and oxidation resistance up to 870°C.
